We will practice 30 days of healing, every week, 7 days, 7 chakras, 7 poses. These poses will not only help with flexibility but also healing and aligning the 7 main chakra centers to aid in becoming more balanced and aware. The Chakras

You will learn chakra meditation and hand mudras for each chakra when you feel one of your chakras are imbalanced and you may focus on a specific chakra.
